When I think back on the generations of my family, how they came to this country with nothing, what they survived, and where we are today...I Am Black History. Just by virtue of your being alive today, taking care of your family and community - You are Black History.

Sometimes I think we reserve our accolades for big accomplishments like becoming a doctor or CEO or president.  Those are all commendable achievements. But this design celebrates the glory of the everyday African-American women going to work or running their business well. Supporting a spouse, raising children or being that single Auntie to someone else's kids. Whether finishing up a MBA or stopped with high school.  I Celebrate You...YOU are Black History!  

About the Hoodie
